The National Board of Accreditation (NBA), India was initially established by AICTE, in the year 1994, for periodic evaluations of technical institutions & programs basis according to specified norms and standards as recommended by AICTE council. NBA is very challenging and it is team work project. NBA Accreditation is very important for Higher Education in all Education industry like Engineering & all type of Technical Colleges. 

Accreditation is a process of quality assurance and improvement, whereby a programme in an approved Institution is critically appraised to verify that the Institution or the programme continues to meet and/or exceed the Norms and Standards prescribed by regulator from time to time. It is a kind of recognition which indicates that a programme or Institution fulfills certain standards.

  • Step 1: Initial Stage
    • Registration with eNBA
  • Step 2: Pre-Assessment Stage
    • Apply for Accreditation of Program 
    • Submission of SAR
    • Submission of Fees
    • Submit Visits Date
  • Step 3:  Assessment Stage
    • Accreditation Team Visit
    • Submit the  Evaluation Report to NBA
  • Step 4: Post-Assessment Stage
    • Evaluation & Recomendation
  • In case visit of the Expert Team to an Institute is conducted during 1st July – 31st December, the Period of accreditation would commence from the on-going academic year(i.e. 1st July of that year).
  • In case visit is conducted between 1st January to 30th June, the accreditation period would be from the next academic year(i.e. 1st July of the next academic year).
  • The Institutes can apply maximum for 5 programmes for various levels of the same discipline. However, MBA and MCA Programmes may be included along with Engineering Programmes in an application.
  • We are providing all guidance how to make S.S.R (S.A.R) report for NBA Approval and providing all guidance for educational institutions, Universities, Autonomous  Colleges, Affiliated Colleges, all Technical Education Institutions and Pharmacy Education Institutions for obtaining the NBA Accreditation.
